Class Schedule
Outdoor classes will be held in studio if weather not permitting

 
Cardio Hip Hop (in studio)
High Intensity, choreographed cardio dance.
Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am
 
Interval Training (in studio on Fridays)
Intervals of Cardio, upper/lower body and core utilizing benches and weights
Friday 9:20 am & (Sunday 9:00am-outdoor) 
 
Pilates Fusion (in studio on Wednesdays)
A blend of Pilates, yoga and traditional strengthening exercises.
Optional: light ankle weights

(Saturday-outdoor)  & Wednesday 9:00am

Barre Fusion (outdoor)
Combines Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. Utilizing light, 2-5lb weights
Wednesday 6:30pm
